Loose screws and connections after a month of use

Electrical cable connections come loose very easily. After a month the light went out. Looked at the connector and tried to fix it. noticed the screw on the cover was missing, the hex screw to hold the wires was missing and then when I opened it up there was rust on the inside of the screws and more screws were missing. I tried to find the company's website for the manufacturer's warranty and couldn't find it easily. Will NOT buy again.
