Need more time to store bread

Just received storage boxes from Rubbermaid. I certainly won't call it a loaf holder. I've used Rubbermaid for storing loaves of bread for many years as it has a rounded top, similar to old loaves of bread with rounded tops that protrude slightly past the rim of the pan on the loaf. I'm guessing Rubbermaid doesn't make them anymore, but that should be easy. I'm not very happy with the new one as it's also not that high or long depending on usage and you can't put a full loaf of sliced sandwich bread without taking away a few slices. So it's not really a replacement for the old bread guard BUT maybe if it's a few inches longer. My goal was to keep the bread I'm currently using in one and have another in the freezer so the bread doesn't run out. Maybe you don't want to go to the store just for a loaf of bread. Frozen Bread IF you need to use it right away, you can pop the slices into a toaster oven or oven like you would a sandwich. They mostly match each other. I received 2 in the shipment and 2 caps. They are wide enough for a loaf of bread. I don't understand why they don't make them like the old ones anymore! The labels were mostly peeled off, some stuck on, but they came off easily. Since I can't use the bread preserver as a full loaf from the start, I find the price high.
