As more and more cars are equipped with electronic driver assistance systems, the outside mirrors are getting smaller and smaller. The Environmental Protection Agency's (EPA) mileage requirements give manufacturers additional motivation to optimize vehicles, and large side mirrors are obvious candidates for downsizing. The challenge for drivers using face mirrors is to find an adhesive mirror of a size that can be used while still performing satisfactorily with traditional mirrors. These mirrors suit the requirements well, a good compromise to give the driver a wide view; and not overload the normal view. They have no visible optical flaws and a lightweight aluminum frame which I prefer. Of course, time will tell if they "stick"; and will age affect their usefulness? The time will show. But since most cars/trucks only use two mirrors, you still have a spare if you remember where you hide them. I was promised 2 extra mirrors because I am writing a review "today".
