I don't like it when they advertise something that isn't really there. It's labeled as "high intensity exercise" and when it was opened it said it was for "moderate intensity exercise". I had a lumpectomy and need a very tight fitting sports bra. I ordered this because Target only has flashy bras in black or other colors and I wanted white so I could wear something other than black. It's not for high impact and I don't really think I would wear it for low impact training. If you're looking for something comfortable with some support, then this bra is for you. If you want something that will keep girls from moving when you are walking, look elsewhere.
