Review on 3M 03064 Trizact Performance Sandpaper by Michael Barry

I used this 3000 grit tool along with 5000 grit to remove some scratches from my 2017 Malibu and 2014 Silverado. As you can see from the photos I was able to completely remove the scratches caused by the CB antenna's magnetic base and restored the clear coat. This was accomplished by spraying soapy water (aka: wet sand) onto the area prior to sanding. After removing these scratches from the trunk of my car, I moved to my Silverado which had brush scratches all over it. I was able to sand and polish every scratch on every panel of the truck and only removed about 1/4 of the 3000 grit sandpaper and the 5000 grit sandpaper showed no wear at all. Very good product for the price you pay. I'll also add a final note that sandpaper wasn't the final step in this process! To finish the job you will need a scratch remover and polish.
