I'm sorry this brace fell off while wearing it. My knee felt really good with it, but it just didn't hold up. I have ordered 6x and my measurements are within their recommendations. My 6xl measurements were 35 x 22 inches so I had the largest and the smallest. My spouse measured this for me and we made it exactly as the instructions say (6 inches top and bottom). Maybe because my leg is heavier, the middle of my knee was harder to find. but we thought we got it right. I wouldn't stop you from ordering this because this brace felt really good on my aching knee. I have bone to bone osteoarthritis with a baker's cyst so my leg hurts a lot. I didn't call because I was overindulging, but if you're as close as I am. I would ask for advice. I'm really sad now because I wanted to wear this. I used to buy another brace with metal bands that make them stick, but they squeeze my skin to wear them.
