This pan is NOT 19 inches long. The useful part of the pot is only 16 inches long! If you add the 1/2 inch rim around the pot the length is 17 inches, if you add BOTH handles the length finally reaches 19.5 inches. I really expected it. Unfortunately I thought the inside length would be 19.5 inches since the product information section says "Product Dimensions: 21.2" x 14" x 8.5". So I assumed 21.2 inches included the grips. I'm stupid right? But where does the length of 21.2 inches come from? This item was packaged in a 25.5" long box. There was no inner box, just an empty pallet and crumpled brown paper to fill in the gaps. 21.2" appears to be a made up number that has nothing to do with it why can't we just be more honest why not list the exact inside size (so you know your brisket will fit) and maximum outside size (so you know the pan will fit your oven) and stop nagging everyone and to deceive ambiguities that may be justified but are nonetheless introduced astray. It's like calling a 10" frying pan a 22" diameter because it has an 11" handle. It is a lie and it's wrong.
