Just received and tried for the first time. I have a few more Tool Time caps that wear well, but I needed more caps and thought I'd give these a try. You can tell from their pictures that they are long. I've tried putting one end on the top of a caulking tube and it lets in too much air. I think they expect you to cut them to the length you want with scissors or a razor blade. made with several so they can be pushed all the way down to remove the air. Over time we'll see if they should stretch after a while and not need trimming. They are lighter orange than their photos, almost neon. *Edit: I added another star after using them. You can see them in the photos neatly stored in the hollow handle of one of the most popular caulking guns so you don't have to search for a tip (love that). I cut them to size. They seal very well. Just be aware that some sealants, like PVC, cure with moisture and almost nothing you do to caulk will prevent them from curing in the pipe over time, but for both the frequent and the occasional Use this and my new favorites.
