I have to say that this pillow on Wedge was God sent, I had spinal surgery on November 18th, I was in the hospital for 6 days when I post Returned home. It was so hard to lay down on the bed, pillows folded up were just uncomfortable. I saw and ordered this item from Revain. I was a bit confused at first when I opened the item, was it as flat as a pancake? Their phone number was on the box I called and left a message and they called back quickly the next day. In the meantime I left the pancake pillow on the couch and after a few hours it swelled up and turned into a wedge. When I spoke to the seller he said it was an instruction card but there wasn't one in my box. The only thing I think the seller should do is print these instructions right on the box. I have to say that this pillow is the best for my back at the moment and I sleep really well at night. I would especially recommend this product if you have had back surgery.
