I have several pairs of these headphones, use them almost every weekend and they have all broken or lost. However, you walk on clouds with these things, you can even dance in your shoes. Considering they're not very durable, I still buy a pair every season, they're worth it if you're tending to your boots or running a track (think Keystone where there's no safe way from your car). I attached my DIY fix with 1/8" steel cable. Will try them out tomorrow and the rest of the season. I used their Jerry Rig this way last year and they worked for the most part, it worked for me all season (I used 1/16" steel). Cable). Someone needs to design a pair of these that have some sort of tension adjustment, or get them to the EXACT length to fit the boots, the 9-11.5 size range is way too wide, especially if you're a size large. eventually you will break them.
