I used to spend money on $30+ magnetic scrapers that did a good job. It was almost 1/3 the price and works almost effortlessly! I've only used it once. But there was significant growth on the sides of the tank, and that destroyed it incredibly quickly. I don't know how long the blades will last. But I'm not worried about there being a replacement. I evaluated some replacement blades and they cost about the same as this tool for only 2 or 3 blades. I will only order one tool if needed. To be honest these are very thin and sharp blades so I think they will last a decent time - and you get 10!
