Review on Loyalty Bay by Carlos Phillips

Easy set up, great rewards options! The only thing I wish they had was more frequent offers with higher incentives than points required for certain items that would be of benefit. Great program if you're looking at something like an airline membership or other travel programs but there are so many out their it can get confusing in terms of which one is actually better - but once again this gets back tot he basics - benefits vs ease/transaction speed (I hate running around sites where i have no idea what's happening). Try them both because some people may use different ones that fit your situation perfectly :) We were trying to find ways into our memberships without having to pay big annual bills as well as tryin gto increase revenue by increasing member spend overall across several categories we offer via mystorefront platform. I like that it is easy for you as an agent or member so easily keep track of points, miles & offers with one platform which makes my job easier! It's not perfect but its been great since day 1 - they have continued improving their product every year we've used them (even after our contract ended). The amount memberships can be tracked at once has helped tremendously in keeping up w/ membership renewals and new sign ups too :).
