Perfect bulbs for my fancy Oranda goldfish freshwater aquarium. I had an issue with my fish changing color (going 100% orange) and excessive algae growth when using brighter full spectrum lights, so I switched to these 5500K lights for both tanks and loved them. I've been using it for over a year now with no problems. The tanks look great and the fish have beautiful bright colors. Since both of my tanks have artificial plants I'm not sure how beneficial they will be for plant growth, but I still get a decent amount of algae for my fish to graze on.
