Wrong chair! Poor customer service
This is a new update to an existing problem. The company sent a replacement chair and I am a happy customer. Thanks to Tribesigns I received the box on time and in good condition. Unfortunately this is the best I can say. The chair is cheap and leans to the left, very uncomfortable. After several weeks of email correspondence, new bolts were sent to me. It didn't fix the situation. If I don't get a reply for a replacement chair I would recommend staying away from this seller. If I find out about a replacement I will update this review.
