Requires good clearances to work properly.

First you had to understand that something was missing in the "instructions" in China and that is the switch bracket. Can be seen from the drawing, but a photo in the instructions would be nice. You then need the proper clearances in the pan to allow the derailleur to move up and down. If you don't have one (e.g. a 5 gallon bucket) this most likely won't work for your application.
