Very uncomfortable.
Orthopedic assistant recommended this product for hammer toe correction. My job requires me to be on my feet all day. It's not very fat, but thick enough to cause mild lameness. At the end of the day my leg was in severe pain and due to a slight limp my opposite thigh was also sore. Also, the small strap slipped down to the base of the toe, so it didn't even put pressure on the affected joint.
