Bought this bag to match my Black and Decker BV3100. It fit and looked just like the original so I put it on the machine ready for my next vacuuming job. Much to my surprise, the bag was only half an inch full. Not knowing if it was a bag or a car I bought another Bkack and Decker BV3100 and a new car with its own bag which was filled right away. I then attached the bag I bought from Revain.com and again it was only half an inch full. The supplier told me to contact Revain.com as they fulfilled the order but it has been 6 months since I received it. I think the supplier would have corrected it.
