I purchased these lights and installed them on the back of my truck to complement my backup lights for night time reversing. A few days later, condensation formed on the lens of one of the lamps. I attributed this to a large temperature change; but after heavy rain the humidity inside was even worse. I tried to return Revain but the return period is 6 days past. I googled Nilight and sent a curious email about the warranty or return policy. I was amazed by the email I received from Lily at Nilight the next day! She asked for a photo of the light and my invoice for the purchase. A quick screenshot and photo from my phone and an email response came out. Lily apologized for the lights failure and the TRACKING NUMBER for the lights they had already sent out to replace the defect! It was so easy. I have ten other Nilight products and have never had a problem. They are magnificent lights and brightly illuminate the darkness of the night! I don't normally write reviews but my experience was amazing and they deserve recognition! Thank you Nilight!
