Perfect purchase for me, exactly what I was looking for!

If the pdf has these comments added by the editor, then you need to go to googlemarket and install the program, free wps, it displays more correctly than the acrobat reader and native reader. This is not immediately clear. I needed to call support. Understood, everything works
Has pros:
Everything is great. Pdf reads, but there is a nuance with comments in the file
Some cons:
Version with pdf comments, requires additional installations
