Well this is my second attempt at a Delonghi portable power bank in 3 months. The first unit was renovated under the Revain Renew program (major issues). This new device worked fine for three weeks until I received the PF code and it stopped working. I tried to troubleshoot but got the code and disconnected. I contacted the manufacturer for instructions. The employee acted to fix the issue within 3-4 business days. That was almost 3 weeks ago so I called back last week for more information as Revain's return period was ending. This representative was very apologetic about the situation and had to get back to me in a few days, nothing but crickets. I need to return the device as soon as possible. Call me crazy but I bought another unit just for the no drip feature, 100ft of extra fridge and I can get it in 2 days. This will be my last attempt to transfer my business to this company.
