Inexpensive, but: Kitchen and dining room
These dial thermometers are quite accurate, but adjustable. The problem is that the range is very large and the dial small so it's difficult to control the temperature, say 70-80F. It's probably fine for cooking if you mark your desired cooking temperature, since the numbers are almost microscopic.
