Got this for my 2011 Ram 2500. The product consists of a pad, 5 screws and 2 sets of brackets; 1 1/4" clutch kit and 2" clutch kit. 1 1/4" brackets are not needed as I can't imagine that hitch size on a full size truck. The bolts are too short to properly attach the brackets to the cover; I had to improvise. When reassembling I posed found the pad had hit the bottom of my bumper which in turn prevented the plate from being fully seated on the hitch which prevented the hitch pin from slipping through the holes in the bracket.The supplier delivered as promised so no. No complaints just a semi-finished product. UPDATE: Bought longer bolts and drilled new holes in 2" brackets to clear bumper. Looks good but design needs overhaul. Also note comments regarding missing gasket between plate and coupling hole.
