I bought 2 sets to prevent the cabinet hardware from hitting the tiled walls and also to protect the walls from doorknobs. It's child's play to use - simply peel off the red backing and stick it to the specified impact point. They come with an extra set of self-adhesive backings in case you decide to move them. I painted the dark gray to match the light gray walls and left the original dark gray on the tiles. They're quite small and rather unobtrusive, but big enough to get the job done. You can attach it to the wall or to a handle if it's not a lockable doorknob. I like my gear so I decided to hang it on the wall. I have a few more doorknobs to stop.
