Screen frequently goes black
Screen frequently goes black (when using a Samsung monitor connected to a 15-inch MacBookPro). this happens 8 to 10 times (in 8 hours of work) and the worst thing is that it cuts out the sound and the sound can only be restored by turning it off and on again (or unplugging the hub and plugging it back in again). This happens whether you're using the monitor's speaker for a voice call or watching a video. I don't think the product has been properly tested. I have to go back to the Apple connector. Very disappointed with this product and support.
