Review on Boxtech Aquarium Water Changer Pump - Fish Tank Water Change, Siphon Vacuum and Sand Cleaner for Effective Aquarium Water Filter by Olivia Turner

I received this siphon to replace my previous siphon which fell apart and was quite uncomfortable. When I opened this one I was a bit disappointed to see that the hose was thinner than my old hose and my old hose was quite slow. I put this green thing together and was glad to see I was wrong, it sucks shit like a champ! It fills buckets faster than my old siphon. The pump works very well, two clicks and siphon. My previous one required a few pinches and I had to hold my finger over the exhaust port. I have a cichlid tank and a plant tank both with sandy substrate and the square lure works great for getting the crap out of the sand without soaking up the sand. I take it off to access the small cracks. This siphon really sucks and I'm glad I bought it.
