3M is better there.

This is how I usually buy 3M yellow automotive paint tape. 3M is much thicker, adheres better and is simply better in every way. I think you get what you pay for. I accidentally ordered this while looking for 3M, it turned up and I wasn't paying attention dammit. It looks more like the original white masking tape bought cheaply from the store. At least I have something to use it for.
