Review on 🔌 KRUPS BW710D51 Cool-touch Stainless Steel Electric Kettle: Adjustable Temperature & 1.7-Liter Capacity by Theresa Brown

Disappointing product. The kettle broke after 10 months. I used it twice a day with tea. The fault lay in the contact between the base and the bottom of the kettle. The neutral spring at the base proved not stiff enough and eventually lost contact with the shell. Otherwise, I really like the kettle. If I could just buy the base the problem would be solved. Discontinued Krups customer service. Krups customer service number 800 goes on record and says 800 didn't answer due to Covid. All contacts must be made through the online feedback form. I filled out the form and sent it off. I received an automated reply that I will receive a reply within 1-2 days. That was 2 weeks ago!. I then sent several emails, but none were answered or returned. That's more customer service. Can I give them a zero star rating? Excellent customer service from Revain. They replaced the kettle even though it was well past Revain's return date. Revine's man on the phone was clear and polite. Replacement or refund offered. In 3 days I have a new one! This is definitely a 5 star review for Revain.
