My 2.5 year old loves these briefs. He becomes like a father with his own boxer shorts. There's no padding or extra layers in the crotch, so it won't pick up urine if you're potty trained. But they worked really well for us in potty training now that he can usually hold it long enough to get to the toilet/potty. Nice and elastic and easy to squeeze. I plan to order more.
