Review on EPSON T200 DURABrite Ultra Cyan Ink Cartridge - Standard Capacity For Epson Expression And WorkForce Printers by Jason Pruett

EPSON SHOULD BE ASHAME OF HOW MUCH INK THEY FILL IN THEIR HIGHLY PRICED CARTRIDGES!

I AGREE with several other consumers whole heartly!EPSON CARTRIDGES (200) for the ALL-IN-ONE PRINTER (WF-2540) is a big joke!It doesn't make any sense that EPSON would "purposely" design a printer cartridge that would make the customer (via word of mouth) tell others NOT to buy their product (printers). Unfortunately, THAT'S WHAT I'M GOING TO DO!My goal is to let as many CONSUMERS as possible know "exactly" how many cartridges it will take to make these "pricey-poorly-filled" cartridges last for a few "modest" printing jobs.I use to own a Kodak Printer (after approx. 9 yrs.) it finally broke from wear & tear. Unfortunately, I didn't buy another KODAK BRAND.I thought I'd give the EPSON BRAND Printer a try since it was on sale. I regret that I did!EPSON PRINTERS blow through that little ink in them in no time. In the future I will NOT PURCHASE an EPSON BRAND PRINTER (I don't care how low the sale price is).their company will get you in the purse for all those ink cartridges you will have to purchase just to get modest printing jobs done.Don't even think about using a "generic" brand ink cartridge in their printers.it will FLASH a WARNING sign across the display panel stating that the "cartridge is not recognized" "OR" it will state Please add a new Epson Cartridge!Additionally, EPSON rig their PRINTERS to only ACCEPT the "initial" set-up cartridges when you FIRST use the printer. I "misplaced" my initial set-up cartridges and just decided to purchase new ones to get my printing project done.little did I know that when I FOUND the "initial" cartridges.that the EPSON PRINTER would "REJECT" them! What kind of company purposely "set-up" their printer devices to do this!My family & associates at work suggested that I go to every social network site (YouTube, Twitter, Facebook, YEP, MySpace, Pissed Consumer, blogs, etc.) and "spread the word" about EPSON's Printers & it's "lowly-filled" ink cartridges and additionally let others know about how EPSON places a "micro-chip" on its product (ink cartridges) so that you CAN NOT HAVE THE OPTION TO REFILL or PURCHASE generic brand ink cartridges to use in their printers. That little CHIP is their way of "forcing" consumers to EXCLUSIVELY PURCHASE their highly priced cartridges.I'm definitely going to ask a few of my EGGHEAD(engineer/Tech)friends if they know "how" to OVER-RIDE that stupid micro chip! ;-DAt these sites I can reach many consumers! I feel that it is my responsibility as a consumer to WARN as many people as possible regarding EPSON INK CARTRIDGES. If my action as a concerned consumer can get the attention of EPSON regarding their ink cartridges due to their "printer sales" DROPPING.then I have successfully reached the MASSES and had a chance to "voice" my opinion concerning the poorly-filled ink cartridges.

Pros
  • With its simple, quick, and easy installation process, this cartridge is convenient and user-friendly.
Cons
  • The ink can cause blockages in the printer's nozzle, causing cleaning problems
