Desk top is nice looking, all the money went into the top, and the packaging to keep the top safe in transit, which was excellent. The packaging design deserves 5 stars. The top deserves 5 stars. The bolts deserve 5 stars. But the rest of the desk parts and design deserve 2 stars.The metal of the legs and frame is a little thin, bare minimum and notably thinner than other similar desksI've bought over the last 3 years for my office. Be very careful not to over tighten any bolt or you'll very easily deform the square tubing. Edges of the metal pieces aren't flush. The Allen wrench I got was too malformed to use so I had to find a different one. The bolts that go into the legs closest to the desk top are set so close to the desk top that it's a pain to get that bolt in. I can't get the bolts in that spot tight enough to make the legs feel sturdy enough so I'm going to bring a better tool from home tomorrow. I've assembled a lot of cheap furniture in my life but those top bolts are a pain. So bring your hex driver to the job and be a happier person once your desk is assembled.Overall it's good enough but not as high of quality as other similar desks I've purchased for my business. Unfortunately, all the better desks were out of stock so at least this one is available. Thanks Covid.
