Review on BASENOR Sunshade Skylight Reflective Upgarde by Marco Roberson

Not the best product but ok for the price

The first photo shows the clips that attach the sunshade to the edges of the glass frame. The second photo shows what the clip should look like with the sunshade in place. The third photo shows the problem with the sunshade clip attachment AT THIS PLACE. This is the front windscreen. The edges of the back of the screen don't snap and fit snugly to the edge of the window frame. The thick rigid frame of the sunshade tends to bow inward from the window frame in this area, so it does not conform to the edge of the window frame. The sides of the sunshade are very tight so there is no problem. The fourth picture shows an elastic band that attaches to an optional silver sun blocker. This silver sunscreen is optional and you can wear it over your black sunscreen with these elastic straps. AS YOU CAN SEE, A STRAP on the attached end of the SILVER SUN CREAM HAS BROKEN. I could still use it, it just wasn't attached to the black sunscreen in one corner. I haven't been able to test how well they reduce heat build-up in the car interior. I live in Hawaii so an extra silver sun visor might come in handy. There were no installation instructions. Just a brochure with other products they sell. Will it work for you? Probably. So there are issues with the flimsy design of the elastic straps that attach to the silver sunscreen. And the problem with the front (rear) sunshade is that it cannot be attached to the window edge frame. I think it will stay upright as the side clips are secure as well as the front (windshield side) clip.
