Amazing quality and sound

This radio is not easy to program. I'm not sure why. We ended up programming it manually, but we can't send a 911 transmission to our district, but we can hear our department's pages. The battery stays with us for 2-3 days before it is completely empty. Has a flawless and loud sound. I like the quality with a thinner antenna reach. The only downside to the antenna is that it bends very easily.
