Review on Pivian Marketing Cloud by Sam Duppa

I love how user friendly this program can be for beginners as well as advanced marketers alike. Everything was easy to understand when researching ways that fit my style/needs. It's great being able to see stats with different data points compared over time which helps me make better decisions without any confusion or hesitation from the software itself (if you are using more than 1 analytics tool). What i did not like about this product overall was the customer service department didn't seem very efficient at all. They were slow to respond & always seemed irritated by questions they could have answered easily themselves. That said though - if someone asks them something specific through an email, then follow up immediately after via phone call instead just waiting weeks later for their answer would've been nice. But don't let those issues throw off anyone who isn't used to working within such programs because there really aren't many problems outside of what one might expect while setting everything up initially but once its set up correctly (.
