The product is of good quality, there is only one minor defect.
Abrasions on the skin suggest that the headphones have already been used. A trifle, but not pleasant. Tech support has repeatedly offered to return the goods, but why should I wait for a refund, then re-order, and wait for delivery if they work as they should. He offered to reimburse part of the cost of new ear pads, to which they answered that they don’t work like that and again offered to make a return. It's a pity, I hope over time there will be new ways to solve such situations, but for now 4 out of 5
