The platform is extremely user friendly to new users as well experienced professionals alike; its very intuitive & easy-to learn which makes up great customer service skills when dealing directly w/ clients after hours or over weekends - they always know how things are going before I even ask!! We've been able t o use this software from anywhere at anytime without concern about losing access due too network outages etc..

It works flawlessly once set right but if you have problems call support immediately because their knowledge base articles don't tell all that needs be known unless someone calls them first (which may not get solved until much later).
