Great product, terrible customer service
I don't recommend you buy it used because you never know what you're getting (I learned the hard way). This was my second purchase and it worked flawlessly until the lens became blurry and the readings became dim. Not sure what caused it. I tried changing the battery but it didn't help. I have contacted Bushnell several times, but each time I was more than 30 minutes late and could not get support. I tried the call back feature but they never contacted me. So there is only one option - back.
