Exceeded my expectations. But the mount is good.
Exceeded my expectations. The lamp is fine, but the lamp is intact. The light seems softer than the LEDs I've bought in the past (good) and the light area is very even with no noticeable hotspots. I am testing it with a variable power supply. By reducing the voltage, the light dims smoothly and there is no flickering or vibration noise. This bulb is way too bright at full brightness, like the reading light on my boat, so I'll either buy a 12v dimmer or fit a resistor.
