The cartridge started to deteriorate (yellow streaks started appearing) after only 3 months. Called support, had to leave a message. I thought so much about a replacement, but to my surprise, John at True Image called me back later that day, explained what was wrong, and sent a replacement the same day. No running or jumping through hoops. You have my case for future toner orders. Update #2. Never received a replacement cartridge. I wrote to them again and received an apology for the oversight. They immediately sent a whole set of cartridges instead of just yellow. Wow! The new cartridge worked perfectly. I will definitely buy from them again.
