The best thing about Viavoo is that it has an excellent customer service team who are always willing to help you with any queries you might have. They also provide great training for new users as well as ongoing support to existing customers. There's nothing much I dislike about Viavoo other than the fact that they don't have a mobile app yet. It would be really helpful if they could make one in the near future. If you're looking for a cost-effective solution for your transcription needs, then Viavoo is definitely worth checking out. We use Viavoo to transcribe our audio files from recordings taken during our training sessions. This helps us keep track of what we've learned so far and makes sure that we can refer back to them whenever necessary.
