The best thing about Viavoo is that it has an excellent customer service team who are always willing to help you with any queries you might have. The best thing I like about VIAVO is its simplicity and availability in multiple languages (English - Spanish). It is very easy for people who are out in public or at work with their cell phone/ipad etc..to use this service without having any issues. The ability to have all the calls recorded at once is great as it will save time from having to listen to the same call multiple times.
