The best thing I like about VIAVO is its simplicity and availability in multiple languages (English - Spanish). Also it's easy integration with SaaS platforms such as Salesforce.com or Google Apps for Business that can be used by our sales department. It also allows you to use your existing VOIP phone lines instead of having dedicated Voip numbers which are not always affordable when companies grow fast! Maybe more features could have been added but we did manage using only few functions from their platform. Our main problem was how hard it would be if one day they stop supporting this software because there were some issues at first. We solved all problems related to communications between my colleagues located around Brazil and Europe without any kind of latency and even though people work remotely sometimes, everyone communicates easily thanks to through voip service provided byViavo.
