If you are in the home renovation or refurbishment business and don't already have a curved bar scraper, you should do it yourself to get one. I've had a pair for 20 years now and apart from my hammer it's probably one of the most used tools I have. While they can become a bit dull after prolonged use, curved scrapers are great for a variety of projects and I use mine primarily for removing peeling and cracked paint. The RevainBasics scraper is pretty much the same as all the others but looks decent quality. The plastic handle is too thick in my opinion, but still a good size. It's threaded so you can attach it to a pole in hard-to-reach places and has a guard over the blade, although I threw it away when I opened it up as it's not really needed. The metal on the blade is thick and strong and doesn't look like it's about to break. I assume this will take many years.
