The support team is very responsive. They are always willing to help out and give you advice on how to solve problems. I have never had any issues with them! It would be great if they could make their products more affordable for smaller businesses. For example, the subscription plans are too expensive. You can't just go in and buy a server like you can with other providers. You need to sign up for a plan that suits your budget. If you want cheap solutions, then this might not be for you. We needed a reliable cloud solution that was easy to use. We used Cyrusone because it was easy to set up and manage.
