Review on Aisin THM 007 AISIN Thermostat by Joshua Wheeler
Excellent 170° thermostat.
Works very well at 170°C and keeps it there. The problem is that stock Evo x fuel systems need 180° (82 degrees Celsius) to fully warm up. I only got 173-176 when cruising at 88F per day. As usual, if you stop or move very slowly, the temperature will rise. To keep the temp above 180 I will switch to thm-008. I wish the water was a little warmer for those cold MN winter days.
