This is a great crystal clear video camera so the plus here is the poor battery life of 3-4 months if not left on at all. I left mine the first day after it was fully charged and it died the next day. I was told you can't keep it on 24/7. They never said the battery would last 3-4 months. And here's another downside: you have to use this app, and if you need more than one camera, using the cloud system will cost you $129 a year. So here's my problem, just write everything in the description and give us the facts they're out of luck. I bought this from Revain and they value me as a customer and have taken my refund. i want it to work I buy a standalone system for $180, no apps, no cloud, I record everything.
