I've been thinking about writing a review but feel I have to write a review for this expensive product. First of all about a good product and the reason for 2 stars. A) It looks really good after installation B) It was relatively easy to install with one person C) It worked perfectly for about 3 weeks. Bad now A) Doesn't work as it should anymore B) Very rarely works at all. C) Followed all instructions from their troubleshooting website. Still does not work. D) It gets lots of direct sunlight, it's in a good location, but when it does light up (which is rare) it only turns on for about 3 hours. maximum brightness and stayed on all the time while it was dark outside. Now, even after following all the troubleshooting instructions, it still only shows up for about 3 hours or less once or twice a week. Since it worked so well I put a bed of stone around it after installation and it looked amazing and worked perfectly for about three weeks. Not sure if it was just a bad block or what. But I'm not going to dig into the post, so for now it's just a non-working decorative piece.
