Review on ⚙️ Noctua NF-A15 HS-PWM chromax.Black.swap: Premium Quiet Fan - 140mm, Black (4-Pin) by Ernest Etienne

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Bought two for my NH-U14S TR4-SP3 They work

Took a $90 cooler and made it for $150 but well worth it as that brown color is terrible. I outfitted this cooler with dual fans and got a decent temp for a hot upstairs room. I have it in end to end configuration. Where the inlet is on one side and the outlet is on the other side, in line with the airflow of my case. It barely breaks 50C when running Cinebench or any other benchmark as I've also paired it with a huge case. They work great and don't blow much air. I have every Noctua fan I can (except the GPU and PSU, I haven't checked those fans). And while it's really quiet at full power, it's barely making 3mph winds. My 140mm Industrial can do almost 6mph and they are both technically the same size. Didn't know going from 2600rpm to 3000rpm was such a drastic change. OTHERWISE it was pretty easy to install. The clamps can be finicky but are secure when on. Helps with the dimming theme I wanted to use in this case although the heatsink is still very silver and the Zenith II Extreme Alpha is silver so it's not full dimming but good enough. As long as it works and keeps the temp down, that's all I care about. And it does, well.
