Good service; Experiment is not complete.
Thank you for sending the magnet so quickly! We were able to complete our science experiment with a head start! The magnet broke in half after heating in boiling water, so our data were incomplete. So sad! I'm not sure the BBS were too heavy for a magnet at that temperature - the experiment instructions didn't prepare us for such a surprise. Thank you for the helpful phone call!
