I recently asked for this blanket as a birthday present, I was looking for a quality warm blanket while staying at my boyfriend's house. I was fortunate to be in the midst of early menopause due to a previous surgery. I was really looking for a blanket that I would feel comfortable in during the cold winter months and that didn't cost thousands of dollars either. I typically go from frozen to hot in the sun in 6.2 seconds, so this can be a very difficult task. It seemed I was out of luck if I didn't want a sherpa or fleece blanket. That's when I found/asked this little gem. I finally got it for my birthday and I can tell you I fell in love with it instantly! That's a warm blanket! No doubt about it, but it's so light and cozy that it honestly feels like you're in the cloud. It breathes enough that I can cook great overnight without drying out. Lol =) One downside. It's only available in white, which I think can be circumvented by painting it. It's not particularly important to me, but I understand that some might. Anyway, I loved it so much for my boyfriend's house that I came home straight away and bought this one queen size for me and double size for my kid. Hope that helps!
