It was very warm at first and I was considering buying another one for the family. But after 2 washes it wasn't warm at all. I don't know, it just seems that way to me, but I can feel that it's no longer warm. I have to cover him with two blankets to keep him warm at night.

Very warm. We have a house with no electricity and a wood stove. In winter it gets very cold and the wood stove burns out at night. This blanket is perfect, almost too warm and heavy when the cabin is heated. Appears to be of good quality. I also bought my son.

This first tier duvet is just what I was looking for. I didn't want anything too warm or bulky. It's pure white, lies flat and looks great on the bed. I find it soft and comfortable.
